The Department of Neurosurgery at the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals of Virginia Commonwealth University, has an extensive NPH service led by Drs Young and Marmarou. Harold Young M.D. is Chairman of the Department; he has more than 30 years experience with the diagnosis and operative treatment of NPH. Anthony Marmarou Ph.D. is Vice-Chairman and Director of Research; he is considered a world authority on fluid dynamics within the brain and spinal cord.
